Once you make the initial contact, whether by phone (757-488-8391) or e-mail, we’ll return your call and discuss briefly your ideas on your project. We’ll let you know about our current job load and schedule a first visit.
During our first visit, we’ll analyze your current situation and potential solutions to meet your needs. We will discuss budget figures to hopefully prevent any surprises when you get our proposal. We’ll get existing measurements and other pertinent information on your residence from which we can derive one or two possible solutions. After getting feedback from you and refining these possible solutions, we can then begin the estimating process.
Upon completion of the estimate, we’ll prepare a written proposal that specifies exactly what we’ve included in the price we have quoted. We’ll let you know the approximate time span of your project and when we would expect to start. A down payment of 20 to 30% is due upon execution of the contract with monthly progress billings due according to the project.
